Good Continuation

The string of images evokes the principle of good continuation, which describes the visual and psychological tendency to complete a contour, filling in the blanks with fabricated information.  Just as our mind fills in the blind spot of our visual field, our visual process causes us to see things that are not actually visible to us.  With this in mind, my work appreciates the vast amount of unconscious processing that occurs instantly within our brains.
